Max’s students, both individuals and groups, have shown remarkable progress in the few short months he has been working with them. Also, his student have won many prizes on club, school and qualification tournamets in their categories. They all competed on National Championships of United States and their states too. |

Robert Loncarevic -adult- ( 1709 to 2012* ) (2086 - FIDE*) Byron Chen (771 to 1681*) won 1st place in 3rd grade section of the 2000 Illinois State All - Grade Championship, 1st place in the K-3 section of the 2001 Illinois State Scholastic Championship. Gabe Foster , a 7th grader, has shown remarkable progress in a short time. Brett Collins (1324 to 1912*) won 1st place in the 10th grade section Illinois Championship. And he was also invited to play in the Denker qualifier - the tournament that determines the Illinois representative to the U.S. High School Championship. Patrick Lacey (1099 to 2097*) tied for 1st in the K-9 section of the 2001 National Youth Action Championships. 3rd place at a 2001 Midwest scholastic class 1200+ section. 2nd place in the All Grade State Championship. 1st place in a 2001 Utopia tournament. The title of Northern Illinois Junior Open Champion. Zach Kasiurak (918 to 1722**) won 1st place in the Elementary section of the 2002 Illinois State Scholastic Championship. Zoe Kasiurak (458 to 1101**) was 1st in the kinder garten section of the 2001 Illinois State Scholastic Championship, and 1st in the 1st grade section of the 2002 Illinois State Scholastic Championship.
